Brand new, luxury and elegant apartment of 55 m2 with terrace is located in a quiet street at the heart of old Belgrade, 50m from Knez Mihajlova – the main pedestrian street and Kalemegdan park.

Apartment has a spacious living room and bedroom, hallway, kitchen and bathroom and it is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very bright and quiet, located on the 4th floor of the building with an elevator.

Equipment

All furniture is brand new: beds and carpets are hipoallergenic, air conditioning, two LCD TV with cable channels and free wireless internet. Also, there are iron and ironing board. Bathroom with walk-in and rain shower, hair dryer, bath and hand towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen is with two ring ceramic hotplates, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and tableware.

In the bedroom we suggest two options: one double bed dimensions 180×200 cm in size or two single beds 90×200 cm in size. At the living room there is corner set that can easily be transformed into two single beds dimenzions 80×200 cm or into one double bed dimensions 160×200 cm in size.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
