Reservations and Payment Policy

Reservations can be done through e-mail or phone after the confirmation of the availability of apartments in the desired period.

Payment is per bank transfer or upon arrival according to agreement.

The total amount of your reservation includes: VAT 10%.

The total amount of your reservation excludes city and local taxes: 1.40 EUR per person and per night.

For reservations longer than 4 nights, as well as reservations made two weeks in advance and more, the deposit is 30% of the total rate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later than that, the deposit will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you decide to terminate your earlier, you are required to pay for the entire booking room.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Free baby cot is available upon request.
